2. About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed through our online shop for delivery or collection. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are buying as a business, some consumer protections below (such as the 14-day cancellation right) may not apply.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order and pay, you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is unavailable or there was a pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Standard and express delivery are free on orders over £200; Click & Collect is always free.
• Payment is taken securely by card at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Occasionally an item may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel.

5. Delivery and collection

We deliver across the Fylde Coast and, by courier, more widely. We aim to deliver within the timescales shown at checkout and, in any event, within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. For Click & Collect, we will let you know when your order is ready to collect from our trade counter at 72 Woodlands Road, Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire, FY8 4BX.

6. Cancellation and returns

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason, as well as your rights if goods are faulty. Full details, including how to cancel and who pays return postage, are in our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

7. Your rights if there is a problem

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from the goods being used for business purposes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
