Who we are
Ansdell Plumbing Supplies 2018 Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Ansdell Plumbing Supplies, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are a plumbing merchant based in Ansdell, Lytham St Anne's.

The information we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and any delivery notes you provide at checkout.
- Enquiry information — anything you send us through our contact form or by email or phone.
- Payment information — your card payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Usage information — if you consent to analytics cookies, limited information about how you use our site (see our Cookie Policy).

Who we share it with
We only share your data with the service providers who help us run the shop, and only so far as they need it:
- Stripe — to process your card payment securely.
- Kartell UK — our supplier, to dispatch your order directly to your delivery address (a “dropship” order containing your name and delivery address).
- Resend — to send you order confirmation emails.
- Supabase — secure database hosting for our order records.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudinary — hosting of product and site images.
We never sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
Storing your information
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations (generally six years). Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics’ settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data, or restrict how we use it, in certain circumstances;
- object to us using your data, or ask us to provide it in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time (via Manage cookies).
